Matron of Honor
Krista took Andrea under her wing when they shared a camp cabin in junior high and has been her “big sis” ever since. Andrea is grateful for the many adventures they’ve shared from college to traveling to being roommates. Krista has had much influence in Andrea’s life and often paved the way for her little sis.
Bridesmaid
Jillian and Andrea got to know each other at Indiana Wesleyan University over game nights, homemade donuts, and CSI; and soon after their shared time on campus, they became sisters-in-law. Some of Andrea’s favorite moments with Jill over the years have been helping in Jills first grade classroom, chats after the kids are in bed, game nights, and roadtripping to/from Wisconsin. Andrea is extremely thankful for the godly example and friend Jill has been.
Bridesmaid
Danielle and Andrea first bonded over the F.R.I.E.N.D.S game during a Thanksgiving break from college and became sisters-in-law a few years later. One of Andrea’s very favorite things about moving back to PA has been living only 15 minutes from Danielle and getting to share more of life together, allowing in-lawship to blossom into a deep friendship.
Bridesmaid
Kalli and Andrea met working together at C&C Coffee in 2015 and became fast friends over adventurous messes and shared experiences working with the public. Andrea may never have met Jerret without Kalli’s encouragement to take a step of faith and give Match.com a try. Words can’t express the many ways Kalli has enriched and blessed Andrea’s life.
Bridesmaid
Ashley and Andrea became friends over a shared love of superhero movies and have been roommates for the past five years. Andrea is so grateful for the extra quality time during the stay-home order, for pizza nights, for conversations ranging from goofy to deep and significant, and for the super encourager Ashley continually is. If there’s a Captain Marvel in real life, it’s Ashley.
Bridesmaid
Jenn and Andrea met in 2015 as volunteers for She’s Somebody’s Daughter where they now serve together on staff. Though there are a couple years of difference in age, they often feel as if they are really twins separated at birth. Andrea admires Jenn’s faith, selflessness, all-in nature, and desire to seize an adventure whenever one arises.
Best Man
James has put up with Jerret’s antics, critiques, and hard exterior his entire life. Jerret asked James to be his best man because they have experienced more ups, downs, and in-betweens with each other than with anyone else. Jerret admires James for his ability to give a very humble master class in every aspect of his life, but especially as a father, brother, hunter, and husband. James is the “little” brother that Jerret looks up to……not because he’s taller, but because he is intelligent, genuine, hard-working, and comical.
Groomsman
Ben helped Jerret through a very difficult time, invited him to Lifehouse church, and introduced him to the annual Shenandoah fishing trip. These Army veterans hit it off because of their common backgrounds and shared interests. They are probably fishing in a thunderstorm at a body of water near you, venting about work stress near a campfire, recounting the Katahdin hike with Anne (Ben’s wife), or hunting in Penn’s woods.
Groomsman
These two are engineers, Penn State alumni, avid outdoorsmen, zero-turn mower drivers, and Pennsylvania natives. Jerret gained respect for Drew through a professional relationship but grew his respect for Drew after observing him in the roles of husband, father, and friend. Drew and Jerret can be found camping, outfishing Ben 2:1 on the Shenandoah River, and sharing lawn maintenance tools and tips.
Groomsman
Jason and Jerret met each other through a mutual connection….Jerret’s sister Sarah……in 2016. They quickly learned that they both enjoyed fishing and have subsequently shared experiences on the Juniata River, Blacklog Valley Creek, and Lake Ontario….ask Jason about that trip. Jerret most admires Jason’s ability to balance a disciplined parenting model and fun-loving attitude with Kennedy and Lincoln.
Groomsman
Jerret and his cousin Will grew up together and spent many weekends and nights playing GI Joes, swimming, riding Moto 4’s, and playing with fire. Jerret, James, and Will own a cabin together, hunt together, and spend time celebrating each other’s successes and joyous occasions. Will’s selfless service to those he doesn’t know is one of many traits that Jerret admires about him.
