We are thrilled you are considering coming to our big day away! In this, you will find information on travel arrangements. We are working with Lenea Beissler of Island Getaways for our room block, please review the following information in full and then contact her to make your booking! Please contact Lenea to book your room. 1. Oceanview Deluxe: Cozy and well-appointed, these beachfront room feature commanding views of the Seven Mile Beach. Located on the second and third floors of the Oceanview buildings; buildings 1-4 2. Oceanview Deluxe Swim Up: This room is the same on the interior as the Oceanview Deluxe, except it is on the ground level and has direct swim-up access to the pool and swim-up bar as well as your own cushioned day bed. Located on the first floor of the Oceanview buildings; buildings 1-4

Flight booking

Flights Flights are not included in the contracted group rates. It is most economical for you all to book your flights directly with the airline as booking through Funjet would incur a $15-$25 service fee per ticket that you would not have to pay if you booked your flights with the airline directly. Additionally, it is our experience that a large majority of people these days prefer to book their flights with frequent flyer miles or an airline credit/voucher and these flights must be booked by the consumer directly. If you do choose to book your flights through Lenea via Funjet, please let her know and she would be happy to provide this service for you! Please note that flights are always due in full upfront at the time of booking.

Ground Transfers

Ground Transportation Please note that your roundtrip airport transfers are NOT included in this quote as we will be booking these separately through a different supplier to provide you with the best possible service. Transfers will NOT be booked until about 1 month prior to your vacation, so you don't need to book these yet; we are providing this information so you can plan ahead. All private transfer costs are total, not per person. Private ground transportation costs $160 total roundtrip for up to 4 PAX or $40 per person for groups of 5+.

Booking/ Payments/ Cancellation Policy

Please send Lenea the following information via email to put your reservation on hold for you and she will email you a payment link for your deposit. Deposit is $100 + cost of insurance (if you choose to purchase it). • Travel dates • Room selection • Full names exactly as on passport • Phone Number • If you plan to purchase travel insurance and if so, the travel credit or cash back plan Final payment is due on September 22, 2022. We will send a final payment reminder approximately 1-2 weeks prior to final payment, we strongly encourage you to mark this date in your calendar. Cancellations made up until the final payment due date will not incur any penalties, but cancellations made after the final payment due date will be subject to penalties for reservations without insurance. Please contact Lenea with any questions and for a resort map and factsheet with more information on the resort. We hope you all can make it!

Travel Protection (trip insurance) to cancel for any reason at any time is not included in the rates above, but is always recommended. Trip insurance is due at the time of deposit and is non-refundable.
