What are the COVID protocols and testing options?

Before checking in at Baha Mar you will be directed to a testing location where they will swab you at no cost. What should I wear?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception please feel free to wear "Beach Casual". For men, khaki shorts or pants and short sleeve collared shirt. For women, short or maxi dress and sandals. Avoid heels that are not wedge style due to having to walk on sand and grass for majority of wedding night.

Is Baha Mar and all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Unfortunately it's not all-inclusive. But there are tons of restaurants and shops in different price ranges. And of course, Friday and Saturday dinner and drinks are on us! :)

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in at the Grand Hyatt is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. You can request early or late check-in/out for an extra fee.

What is the resort fee and what does it include?

During your stay at Baha Mar, enjoy a range of inclusions designed to enhance your stay. Exclusive benefits during your stay at our luxury resort include resort-wide Internet/Wi-Fi, 2 bottled waters refreshed daily in guest room, health club/fitness center access, coffee/tea service, electronic newspaper distribution through Crave tablets, local calls and access fees. Complimentary beach activities included are snorkels, fins and personal floatation devices, single kayaks, double kayaks, stand up paddle boards and Zayak reef boards.

What transportation is available to and from airport/resort?

Baha Mar is located only 10 minutes from the Lynden Pindling International airport. To book transportation service in advance please email transportation@bahamar.com. Taxis are also available at the airport.

Where is Baha Mar located?

Answer

The resort is located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Nassau where you can find tourist shops and bars/restaurants and excursions.

How long should I stay at the resort?

Answer

If you want to extend your trip and make it a vacation I would recommend coming a few days early or staying a few days later. Don’t worry about intruding Jerome and I’s honeymoon we will be leaving Sunday after the wedding for Costa Rica!!
