Welcome to our page. We look forward to celebrating with you on our special day and taking our victory lap. We pray that everyone is staying safe during this pandemic.
Jeremiah and I met in high school and ran track together. We were not at all checking for each other. Jeremiah was a Senior and I was a Sophomore when we first spoke. He said we talked one day in Coach Simmons class and I insulted him because he was taking Algebra 2 as a Senior and I was taking it as a Sophomore. I have no recollection of that day. But this sounds like me. I was a "know it all." He graduated high school and we never saw each other again until in college running track at the Disney Wide World of Sports. I saw a familiar face and I tried to say hello, but he walked past me like he didn't even know me. True story. We met again on our high school track when I moved home from college in 2010. We were both helping Coach Simmons at the Richard Allen Track Meet. He was checking me out and flirting in between events. As the sun went down, I became cold and Jeremiah offered to give me his jacket. At the end of the track meet, I tried to give his jacket back and he told me to hold on to it "we would meet up again." True story. And that's how we began our journey from teammates to life-mates!
