Do I have to use a specific promo code to book with Finest resort?

Answer

Yes, the promo code (KJWMAR24FPC) ensures you will be included in our party and will give you a special booking rate. You must book with the promo code by January 5, 2024. Promo code only applies to Suite-only booking, NOT Suite+Flight bookings.

When do I have to pay the full amount for my room?

Answer

You will be charged $1 on initial booking. Then the full amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

How long should we stay?

Answer

We recommend a minimum stay of 3 nights (Wednesday March 6 - Saturday March 9), but stay as long as you'd like!

Are kids allowed at the resort?

Answer

Yes, the resort allows kids. - CHILD Discount applies when sharing a room with 2 adults paying double rate. CHILDREN are from 4-12 years. - 2 INFANTS (0-3 years) are allowed per room in double within max occupancy with NO EXTRA CHARGE, additional infant(s) will be accounted as children.

Did we block or reserve rooms?

Answer

No, we are not able to block rooms. So please book early to ensure you get a room! Finest Resort also has a great cancellation policy, so don't be hesitant to book early!

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

For cancellations of promo code bookings received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, NO cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay.

Is there transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option). After booking contact, transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com, to coordinate airport transfer.

Are there requirements in going to Dominican Republic?

Answer

Yes, your passport must be valid for 6 months after your travel date. Also, Dominican Republic requires you to fill out an E-Ticket for each traveler 72 hours prior to your travel date: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/Home/

Any travel advice for getting to Dominican Republic?

Answer

If you don't already have your passport, be sure to start that process early as there has been delays of up to 6 months for new passports! For flights, book with your favorite airline! The airport destination is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) google.com/flights is a good site to compare prices. Estimated roundtrip flight costs with Southwest or American from DCA or ORF are around $500-700/person.

What will I get at this All Inclusive Resort?

Answer

Finest Punta Cana is a 5 star, relatively new, resort. All drinks, food, amenities, and activities are included in the package. Taxes and gratuities are also included. You should still tip for drinks and food. You really don’t need to pay for anything additional when you are in the resort. The main elements that you may end up paying out of pocket for are excursions, Spa treatments and higher end wines/spirits. All of which are optional.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please see below Ceremony: Formal or semi-formal. Reception: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, dress For Gentlemen: Long pants and dress shirt or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and beach sandals or flip flops are not allowed Also, certain restaurants at the resort may have specific dress codes.

Can I bring an additional guest?

We are open to allowing you to add an additional guest that isn’t listed. If you would like to bring an additional guest please reach out to Kelly or Jeremy.
