When is the rsvp deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP before October 24, 2026 to help us finalize our headcount. Any responses not received by this date will be counted as unable to attend. We hope to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is chic formal. This means floor-length or midi-length gowns and tailored suits or tuxedoes. We’d love for our guests to express themselves through rich colors, interesting textures, and unique patterns. Please leave jeans & sneakers at home. Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to venue capacity limits, we can only accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be specified on your invite and when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We adore children, but we've decided to make our celebration an adults-only affair, with the exception of our flower girl. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at The Desmond Hotel Malvern. To secure the discounted rate, please book before November 6, 2026. Full booking details can be found on the Hotel & Travel page of our website.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 pm to be seated. Our unplugged ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 pm, at which time doors close. Late arrivals will be kindly asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony concludes.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! A complimentary guest shuttle (yellow school bus) will run between The Desmond and Terrain Gardens. Please visit our Hotel & Travel page for full transportation details and timing!

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes, ample free parking is available on-site at Terrain Gardens. A complimentary guest shuttle will also run between The Desmond and the venue—check the Hotel & Travel page for full details!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors. We'll have a complimentary coat check available for your convenience upon arrival.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away. We’ve hired professionals to capture every moment and can't wait to share the photos with you! Once the ceremony wraps, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, drinks are on us! We're delighted to offer a full open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception, featuring beer, wine, cocktails, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! We are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please be sure to complete the dietary accommodations section on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence is the greatest gift! Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve set up honeymoon and home funds for anyone who wishes to contribute toward our next chapter. You can find our cash funds on the Registry page of our website.
