As healthcare providers it is of our utmost importance to ensure the health and safety of all our wedding guests. Therefore, we will implement COVID-19 recommended guidelines for our wedding. All guests will be screened for temperatures and questioned for COVID-19 suggestive symptoms upon arrival to the Pink Palace. The following questions will be asked: 1. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days? 2. Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat? 3. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours? 4. Have you had new loss of taste or smell? 5. Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours? Anyone providing a yes to any of these questions and/or exhibiting a temperature greater than 100.4 Fahrenheit WILL be denied entry.
Yes, masks will be provided for guests and hand sanitizers will be available throughout event space.
Social distancing will be implemented as best as possible and face masks will be available for guests. Enhanced sanitation and disinfecting procedures will also be implemented in accordance with the CDC guidelines. Guests will be confirmed on the Guest List, and given table assignments as well as wristbands or stamps to ensure they have passed temperature screening and health questions at the screening station. Anyone without a wristband or stamp will be immediately escorted to the screening station to be scanned and given health questions. Designated staff will open doors for guests upon arrival to minimize touching. Where it can be done, bathroom entry doors will be open to avoid unnecessary touching of the door handle. Social distancing will be enforced by dedicated layouts with built in spacing for guest seating.
