After finding an ad for "foam dodgeball" and thinking it involved bubbles of some sort (it didn't), Jeriann was excited to try something new. Griffin was already a seasoned member of the league and quickly discovered that he and Jeriann went to the same high school in California! He attempted to tell Jeriann this by Facebook messenger. Griffin says Jeriann purposely ignored him. Jeriann says she never saw the messages. The jury's still out. Regardless, after many months of facing each other on opposite sides of the court, Griffin took the plunge...and tricked Jeriann into a karaoke date. It must have worked though, because Jeriann asked Griffin out for some ice cream therapy later that same week. Griffin ordered glitter on his ice cream, subscribed to HBO on the spot after discovering Jeriann hadn't seen Game of Thrones, and gave a homeless man a ride when the date was over. All that and Jeriann knew she was in for a wild ride with this one. :)
