Is there a Honeymoon Fund and how can I contribute?

Answer

There is a Newlywed Fund! We have more information about that in the section titled "Newlywed Fund" on out website and will have QR Codes to our Venmo and Cash App available during the reception.

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later than 1:30 PM as the ceremony will begin at 2 PM.

How's parking?

Answer

Parking will be extremely limited! If possible we recommend carpooling to the venue.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have listed many Airbnb's and hotels in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area in the section named "Travel" on our website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If they are included on your Save the Date and formal invitation to the wedding, they are more than welcome! All children are welcome, if they were not included in either the Save the Date or the invitation just make sure to let us know if they are going to be apart of your party in the RSVP please :)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

To a degree. There will be signature cocktails/mocktails chosen by the bride and groom and there will also be a small selection of beer and wine.

Can we take photos on a phone or camera?

Answer

We've hired not one but two highly professional photographers to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour. The ceremony (and possibly portions of the reception) will be livestreamed on Facebook for those who were invited but couldn't make it so please keep this in mind.

What will the weather be like?

The weather will be hot will slight chances of rain, please bring clothes accordingly!

What is the attire?

Answer

Other than white, there are no color restrictions and no attire restrictions. We prefer everyone wear business casual or your best summer attire but we urge you all to please wear something that makes you comfortable.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place outside or inside?

Answer

Ceremony will take place outside, and the cocktail hour and reception will be held both outdoors and indoors. The venue has a barn on the property that will be in use but outside seating and activities will also be available.

What will your wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

Please refer to the section named "Schedule" on our website to view the our schedule of the wedding day. It is being refined currently but should look a little more complete closer to the wedding day.
