Question

With COVID are you still having your wedding?

Answer

Yes!! Our venue has a awasome plan! ( See FAQ below)

Question

What is your venue doing for the safty of guest?

Answer

Email from Kings catering 07/03/2020 "We are following all the guidelines set up by New York State and the CDC. We encourage guests to wear masks when not at their table. When pictures are being taken people may remove the masks, We have set up hand sanitizing stations around the room, and have placed 6' distancing markers on the floors. We have also redesigned our buffet line. We have set up 3 separate tables and a King's staff person will be at each table serving the guests so that only one person is handling the serving utensils. We have a designated entrance and a designated exit. We are still allowing dancing, and hope that people will wear masks whenever the 6' distance isn't possible. We are trying to do our best to make sure that you and your guests feel safe and comfortable, while still having a great time."

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Question

CDC mandates that people wear masks whenever they are not seated at their table. However if you dont want to wear a mask we just ask that you keep 6 feet in distance from others.

Answer

Dancing is allowed, and again, we hope that people on the dance floor will wear a mask knowing that they may not be 6' distancing on a crowded dance floor.

Answer

We do not check the guest's temperatures. We do check the temperature of all of our staff as they arrive.

Question

Will you be upset if we RSVP no.

Answer

No we completely understand with this pandemic some people will not feel comfortable coming or have health issues that keep them from coming and that's OK! We know if the world was different right now you would be there with us.
