Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Jeremy Wolf and Veronica Georgeo
Known as the "Florence of the South," Lecce is a vibrant town tucked away in Italy’s sun-drenched Puglia region. It is known for its distinct, golden limestone and intricate Baroque architecture. We fell in love with Lecce the first time we came because of the walkable restaurants and bars, beautiful churches, wonderful people, and of course the city symbol of the wolf. It's fun to explore the town and below are a few places we really enjoy!
Signuria Restaurant

Signuria Restaurant

13 Via Augusto Imperatore, Lecce, Puglia 73100, Italy
, +39 376 184 6939

A beautiful dinner spot that is elevated but not overly formal. Try the zuppetta di cozze con crostini (mussels in a light tomato broth with croutons) and the rigatone alla genovese (pasta ragù dish from Naples). Have a bottle of the Tormaresca Torcicoda Primitivo for a Pugliese red wine that pairs very nicely!

La Cucina di Mamma Elvira

La Cucina di Mamma Elvira

33 Via Ludovico Maremonti, Lecce, Puglia 73100, Italy
, +39 331 579 5127

A more informal place for lunch or dinner with indoor/outdoor seating and some larger tables. Try the orrechietone al ragu and the revioli scrigni alla burrata, and have a bottle of Masseria Li Veli Pezzo Morgana, a Salice Salentino Riserva produced nearby in Puglia.

Rooftop Sira

Scenic rooftop restaurant and bar right in the city center of Lecce above Patria Palace Hotel. Come for a nice dinner or aperetivo and enjoy the beautiful view, which overlooks Basilica di Santa Croce where we will be married!
