Please RSVP right here on our website by September 1,2025—it just takes a minute! You'll let us know if you're coming, your dinner preferences, and a few other fun details. We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can plan the best celebration ever (and make sure there’s champagne with your name on it 🥂). You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include an QR code on the formal invitation.

Absolutely! We want you to feel your best for the big day. Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a guest, we’d love for you to bring them! 🎉 Due to venue size and our guest list, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. What time does the ceremony begin?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:15 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site. Please note: Guests arriving after 5:15pm may be asked to wait until a pause in the ceremony before being seated—we promise it's worth being early! 🌿💐 Everything—from vows to dancing—will happen at the Dallas Arboretum, so once you're there, you're set for the evening.

Unplugged Ceremony – What Does That Mean?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—that means we kindly ask guests to turn off phones and cameras during the ceremony itself. Our amazing photographer will capture every moment beautifully, and we promise to share the photos with you! After the ceremony, feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and beyond. 📷✨ Let your eyes and hearts soak it all in with us—this part’s once in a lifetime.

Where do I park, and how do I get there?

Guests may park at A Tasteful Place inside the Dallas Arboretum. 📍 Parking Location A Tasteful Place Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218 👉 Enter through Gate 3 for the closest access to our venue. 🅿️ Parking is complimentary—no code, no hassle! 🚶‍♀️ After parking, you’ll take a short, scenic stroll to the Charlotte and Donald Test Pavilion, where both the ceremony and reception will take place. 🚖 Using Uber or Lyft? Rideshare drivers should also use Gate 3 for easy drop-off and pickup.

Let’s Celebrate Safely 💛

We’re offering $10 Uber/Lyft credits to help guests arrive and return home safely. If you plan to drink (and we hope you will—responsibly!), we encourage you to use a rideshare service or a designated driver. Let’s toast to love, not to the steering wheel. 🥂🚘 By attending, guests accept full responsibility for their transportation choices. The couple assumes no liability related to travel or alcohol consumption. Need help on-site? A friendly Arboretum staff member will be nearby to guide you.
