How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via this website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name and indicate your attendance. You can also send back the RSVP card that was included with your invitation and envelope already addressed.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 30th, 2025.

Can I change my RSVP?

Answer

Yes, if there is a change in attendance please reach out to the Bride or the Groom directly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the constraints of a large wedding we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we've decided to have an adults only celebration with the exception of those children in the bridal party. Thank you for making arrangements.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please think of a semi-formal garden party attire.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the sun will be shining (hopefully!) the ceremony will be held outside. During the reception there will be yard games available outside as well and towards the evening a campfire will be maintained. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 4:15PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM.

Answer

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer, wine, and cocktails available during the cocktail hour & reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we do have two hotel blocks that can be found on the travel section of our website to accommodate your needs. There are also plenty of rentals in and around the area if preferred.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We apologize but shuttles will not be available to and from the hotels. Both hotels are within 10 minutes of the venue so please plan accordingly and drive safely.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site. The property owners will direct you where to park. Ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Will there be a photographer/videographer?

Answer

Yes there will be a photographer and videographer on site throughout the day. Please refrain from taking any personal photos or videos during the ceremony. Pictures and videos are welcomed and encouraged during the reception.

Can I share photos on social media?

Answer

Please refrain from sharing photos until the Bride and Groom have shared photos online. We promise it will only be a few days!
