Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved a discounted hotel block at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa for our guests from Friday, August 29th - Monday, September 1st. If you would like to use our discounted rate, please do so by July 29, 2025. The link is in the Travel tab.

Will Transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, transportation will be provided for the Welcome Party and the Wedding. Welcome Party: There is no parking available on-site. All wedding guests will be provided transportation from the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel. If you are not staying at the Hotel, please make your way to the Hotel for pick-up. Transportation will depart at 4:30pm, please be in the lobby by 4:15pm. Wedding: There is parking available if you wish to drive; however, transportation will be provided from the Hotel to the Wedding venue for all wedding guests. Transportation will depart at 3:00pm, please be in the lobby by 2:45pm.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
The dress code for each event is: Welcome Party: Smart Causal / Vineyard chic - Khakis/slacks and button downs or polos and vineyard casual dresses. Wedding: Formal - Suits and full-length or mid-length dresses encouraged. Please note the wedding will mainly be outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Farewell Brunch: Come as you are - come swing by for a very casual brunch.

When Should I Arrive?
Answer
The Wedding Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Answer
Yes, the wedding will be mainly outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a Plus-One?
Answer
Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation and on the RSVP page.
