Yes! Transportation will be provided for the Welcome Party and the Wedding. Welcome Party: There is no parking available on-site. All wedding guests will be provided transportation from the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa. If you are not staying at the Hotel, please make your way via a ride share or taxi to the Hotel for pick-up. Transportation will depart at 4:30pm, please be in the lobby by 4:15pm. Wedding: Transportation will be provided from the Hotel to the Wedding Venue for all wedding guests! Transportation will depart at 3:00pm, please be in the lobby by 2:45pm. There is limited parking available, but we recommend using the provided transportation or a ride share.
We reserved a discounted hotel block at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa for our guests from Friday, August 29th - Monday, September 1st. If you would like to use our discounted rate, please do so by July 29, 2025. The link is in the Travel tab.
The attire for each event is: Welcome Party: Smart Casual / Vineyard chic - Khakis/slacks and button downs or polos and vineyard casual dresses. Wedding: Formal - Suits and full-length or mid-length dresses encouraged. Please note the wedding will mainly be outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Farewell Brunch: Come as you are - come swing by for a very casual brunch.
We recommend you arrive between 3:30pm - 3:45pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm or 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Yes, the wedding will be mainly outdoors! St. Helena is quite hot and cools down in the evening, so please dress accordingly.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event. Thank you for your understanding!
Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation and on the RSVP page.
