YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch Family Resort and Cabins
At the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, you can: - Camp at the campground or RV park - Stay in the lodge/hotel (see below for details) - Stay in a yurt - Sleep in your car, etc The lodge/hotel is walkable (15 min walk) from the reception at Adam's Promise and the after-party venue, other lodging may be a further walk. We have 10 rooms blocked off at the Indian Peaks lodge for the Slouka-Pacheco Wedding for the nights of August 29th and 30th with first, come first serve to those discounted rooms. To make and confirm an accommodation reservation for the group’s event: 1. Select the group arrival and departure date. 3. Enter the group code: Y002AFL355 (Group code is case sensitive) 4. Enter the number of ADULTS (age 13 and over considered an adult for meal pricing) For any children (6-12 years) staying in the room with a parent, include in the Comment section the names and ages of children. A 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you. The remaining balance will be paid at check-in. If you would like to enjoy the YMCA beyond the dates of the group’s stay, make your reservation on-line first for the dates of the group’s event by clicking on the link above. Then call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add the additional nights to your existing reservation. Have your reservation number handy.
