We kindly request formal attire for our wedding. For the ceremony, please choose attire appropriate for a church setting—such as suits, ties, and elegant dresses with modest necklines. For the reception, guests are welcome to wear formal evening wear or traditional South Asian attire, including sarees and lehengas
The ceremony will begin at 12:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive and be seated by 11:45 AM. The reception will begin with cocktail hour at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner and the reception.
There will be free parking available at both venues in designated parking lots. Additional transportation options such as Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also widely available.
The ceremony will take place at St. Patrick’s Parish in Vancouver, and the reception will be held at Reflections Banquet Hall in Surrey. The venues are approximately 35–45 minutes apart by car, depending on traffic. Guests are welcome to drive, take a taxi, or use ride-share services to travel between the ceremony and reception.
There will be a few hours between the ceremony and the reception. Guests are welcome to take this time to relax, grab a bite to eat, or return to their hotel before the evening celebration. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 PM at Reflections Banquet Hall in Surrey, and we look forward to celebrating with everyone then!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

There are many great hotel options throughout Vancouver and Surrey, as well as Airbnb accommodations. Downtown Vancouver is a great choice for guests who want to explore the city, while Surrey may be more convenient for those wanting a closer stay after the reception at Reflections Banquet Hall. Please visit the Travel page on our website for recommended hotels and travel information.
September in Vancouver has a mild, early-autumn climate. Expect a mix of pleasant, slightly warm days and cooler, crisp evenings. While both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, a light coat may be recommended for travel to and from the venue
