Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! While there may be some exceptions (ie: newborns and wedding party), let's make this an adult's night out :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

Our wedding (ceremony and reception) will be at an AirBNB home that we have rented. Address: 4749 S M-43 Highway Hastings, MI 49058 The ceremony and reception will be outside, on grass. The reception will be in an enclosed tent, with a couple of heaters, so it shouldn't get too chilly! However, please dress accordingly. The house looks like a log cabin, and sits on the top of a hill.

What time should we be there?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m on October 12. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to grab a beverage and start mingling. 🙂

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 21 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section on this website.

Any special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Temperatures will dip a bit at night, and since the wedding will be outdoors you'll want to bring a jacket or wrap. However there will also be heaters in the tent to help keep guests warm. Ladies - keep in mind, heels tend to sink into grassy terrain!

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available on the grass near the entry of the property. There will be signage noting where to park.

Where are you registered at?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we are registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond and Target. We will have a "honeymoon fund" box if you'd like to donate to our honeymoon in Amsterdam and Rome, in lieu of a gift :)
