We will be holding the following sleeping rooms and rates until Monday Sep 21, 2026, After the cutoff date, we will release any unused rooms back into our general inventory. The Hyatt Place reserves the right to make any changes to the following below. We will notify the above contact 24 hours in advance if any changes are to take place. Rooms and rates are based upon availability. Reservations will be made by Individual Call-in using the online booking tool that will be provided to group contact by hotel’s Sales Manager, Josue Diaz (Josue.diaz@hyatt.com, 801.890.1285). Guests may also make reservations using our reservations line at 1.800.993.4751 and asking for the Group Name:JOHNSON AND OWNBY Reservations must be made no later than Monday, Sep 21, 2026. After this date, The Hotel will release the unsold portion of the total guestroom block for general sale. Reservations are to be cancelled 48 hours prior to date of arrival or a one night room & tax will be charge to the credit card on file. The hotel check-in is 3:00PM and check-out is 12:00PM. Breakfast will be included for wedding guests that book in the wedding block. Breakfast is complimentary to all World of Hyatt members (Who book direct through Hyatt). If a guest is not a World of Hyatt member (and does not book direct through Hyatt) and/or does not book in the wedding block, they will have to pay an additional charge for breakfast. HOTEL SHUTTLE: The shuttle operates from 8:00AM-10:00PM within a 5 mile radius. The hotel reserves the right to limit or make any changes to the shuttle as necessary. Specific times requested for the shuttle are not guaranteed.
