Samantha grew up split between Lafayette, IN and Naples, FL where she became a cheerleader in high school. She attended school at Ivy Tech Community College and worked as a Surgical Technician at IU Health Arnett. After someone she worked with mentioned applied behavior analysis, Sam decided she wanted to try that field out, which led her to working at LittleStar ABA Therapy and to Jeremy.
Jeremy Jacob Cole

Jeremy grew up in different areas of Jackson, MI where he grew up playing soccer at an early age. Jeremy attended Jackson Community College and eventually transferred to Western Michigan University. His family moved to Tennessee when Jeremy was in college and Jeremy stayed in Michigan to finish his degree. He got into the field of applied behavior analysis at Western Michigan, however at the time, there wasn't much work in Michigan for this field. That took him to Indianapolis and eventually Lafayette, IN to help start a new center. That is where he would eventually meet Samantha.
Melanie Renn
Maid of Honor
Samantha and Melanie met at Tecumseh Middle School and quickly became inseparable- bonding over their shared love of boys and Sublime. After countless sleepovers and being together everyday after school, it's safe to say Melanie knows Samantha better than anyone. We love Melanie for her huge heart, awesome sense of humor, and her ability to find the funny side of every situation!
Tara Trillingham-Myers
Bridesmaid
Tara is Samantha's oldest sister, best friend, and partner in crime. Tara is an all-around amazing human and has been Samantha's role model in life ever since Samantha was a little girl. Tara taught Samantha all about how to be fashionable and was Tara's little guinea pig when it came to hair and makeup (this is how Samantha learned to sit very still... LOL ;-P haha). Tara has an infectious laugh and can always crack us up with her silly jokes.
Brittany-Ann Burton
Bridesmaid
Brittany is like the sister that Samantha never knew she had- being a part of so many favorite shared memories with one another. It's only fitting that she will join Samantha as being one of her bridesmaids on her greatest adventure yet. Countless nights spent on the phone laughing, sharing and listening to each others life stories, Samantha couldn't be more blessed than to have a friend like Brittany. Brittany is not only reliable, caring, and funny, but she is such a beautiful soul and to know her is to love her, truly. Brittany taught Samantha that you don't need to have the same blood to be family.
Kaci Lowe
Bridesmaid
Kaci is Jeremy's oldest sister. They have been through a lot together through the years (ex: playing musical instruments we didn't know how to play in front of an audience as children). From rapping "Stuntin Like My Daddy" lyrics to awkwardly tired midnight mass hand shakes, they always seem to have fun when around each other. Also, she is not only Samantha's future sister-in-law, but also a very dear person to her. From the moment Kaci and Samantha first met, Kaci welcomed Samantha into the family with open arms and made her feel right at home!
Megan Cole
Bridesmaid
Megan is Jeremy's youngest sister. Jeremy remembers when Megan was little running around the house pretending to be a horse (sorry Meg!). Throughout the years, despite the distance between them, Jeremy and Megan have tried to be as much a part of each others lives as possible from attending her cross country meets in Tennessee, to surprising Jeremy with tickets to his favorite concerts. Additionally, Megan, like Kaci, has welcomed Samantha into their side of the family with open arms!
Matt Mizerik
Best Man
Matt and Jeremy met at Jackson Community College after going to rival hometown high schools. They met playing intramural volleyball and found out each other were going to be transferring to Western Michigan University. Between Matt introducing Jeremy to new music, hilarious dorm room battle raps, and all night Halo sessions, they became roommates and lifelong friends.
Phil Godfrey
Groomsman
Phil and Jeremy met through the best man Matt Mizerik, when they would all get together at a mutual friends house when Jeremy was attending JCC. Phil also became friends with Jeremy's sister Kaci (one of the bridesmaids). Phil spent many weekends visiting Jeremy and Matt at Western Michigan University and has become a lifelong friend to the family.
Max Lowe

Max and Jeremy met when Max started dating Jeremy's sister Kaci. Kaci decided to drive Max from Tennessee to Michigan to introduce them to each other when Jeremy was in college. Jeremy, being protective of his sister, decided to plan on giving Max a hard time at first. Until Max walked through the door...and those plans went out the window. Max is officially now the brother Jeremy never had!
Taylor Butts

Taylor was Jeremy's first friend upon moving to Indiana. They met at work, and a friendship started to develop. What they didn't plan on was countless nights of eating Hot Box pizza, playing nerd games, watching the Walking Dead and playing Rock Band until 4am!
John Tillotson
Groomsman
John and Jeremy met when Jeremy's former company merged with his current company. Many people that Jeremy had met from his prior company had left but John was the first to welcome Jeremy to the company and soon after they were hanging out all the time. From college football games to bar crawls, Jeremy and John became great friends.
