The wedding will take place at The Ranch at San Patricio – Spanish Moss Venue. When entering the ranch's gate, you will follow the road to the right and cross the bridge.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Since the chapel is outdoors, we want to make sure everything flows smoothly. To avoid any traffic during the ceremony, we kindly ask our guests to arrive between 5:15 PM and 5:45 PM. Your understanding means so much to us—it will help ensure that Jeremy and I get to enjoy this special moment without interruptions. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, right in front of the beautiful Spanish Moss venue. The setting is surrounded by natural charm, with a serene atmosphere perfect for our special moment. While the seating consists of pews set directly into the ground, there is a cemented walkway leading to the outdoor chapel , ensuring easy access for all our guests. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear to navigate the terrain with ease.
The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM, and we’re thrilled to share that our officiant will be none other than a fabulous drag queen! It’s going to be a unique and unforgettable start to our special day. After the ceremony, guest are welcome to make their way to the venue and enjoy cocktail hour, while the grooms, wedding party, and families take photos. Once the photos are completed, we’ll gather for dinner, which will be served at 7:00 PM. The reception will officially begin at 8:00 PM with a fun mix of Country and classic Tejano music to get everyone on the dance floor. As the night goes on, our DJ will shift the vibe to a high- energy, club-like atmosphere, throwing it back to the 2010s! Don’t forget to stop by the photo booth to capture some unforgettable memories with friends and family. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and want everyone to have an absolute blast! Our ceremony will take place outdoors at the wedding chapel next to the venue. We can’t wait to share this special moment with you! The first two rows will be reserves for our immediate family (parents and siblings) and the groom’s party. For the reception, seating will be open, with the exception of a few reserved tables for the groom's party and immediate family (Parents/Siblings). Feel free to find a spot, get comfy, and enjoy the celebration with us! 🎉
For our celebration, we encourage our guest to dress their best. We invite you to dress in smart casual attire—a perfect blend of polished and relaxed! Given the warm Texas summer weather, we recommend lightweight and breathable fabrics to keep you comfortable. Our grooms-women will be dressed in floor length dresses and our groomsman will be dressed in suits for reference. We can’t wait to see everyone looking effortlessly stylish as we celebrate together!
While we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, feel free to embrace our wedding colors—Navy Blue, Silver and Dark Teal if you’d like to join in the theme! Otherwise, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous and ready to celebrate!
We absolutely love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding a special celebration for adults. With the exception of our nieces, nephews, traveling families (outside S. Texas) and the groom's party children, our event will be toddler-free. However, infants up to 12 months and teens 13+ are welcome! We hope this gives parents a chance to relax, enjoy a well-deserved night out, and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you all night long!
Due to the venue's capacity and our large guest list, we’ve had to carefully plan and can only include those specifically named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding. If anything changes, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Parking will be available on-site. After crossing the bridge, head towards the left side of the venue and park in any available spaces. If those are full, continue left and make your way towards the back.
We’re incredibly grateful for your thoughtfulness! Your presence on our special day means the world to us, and that is the greatest gift of all. However, while we haven’t registered anywhere and don’t expect gifts, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund for those who wish to contribute to our post-wedding adventures. Yes, absolutely! We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness and generosity. All gifts are warmly welcomed and truly appreciated. For your convenience, we’ll have a table set up at the entrance where you can leave your gifts or place your cards in a card box. To ensure our photographer and videographer can capture every special moment without distractions, we’ve decided to have an unplugged ceremony. We’d love for you to be fully present with us, so please tuck away your phones and cameras and simply enjoy the moment. We even have a couple of fun surprises in store to make it even more memorable! Don’t worry—there will be plenty of opportunities for photos afterward! If you take any pictures during the reception or other parts of the celebration, we’d love for you to share them using our wedding hashtag: #Jeremy&Orlando. We completely understand that not everyone will be able to attend, and we want you to know there are no hard feelings if you can’t make it.
