FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We consider the official dress code to be "Clown Formal". I would compare this to be similar to semi-formal attire, but with a fun dash of "clown". :) Ultimately, we want you to feel comfortable and ready to hang all night! (See the "Clown Inspiration" section for some more inspiration!)

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at Wilson Farm in Damascus, Oregon.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, the dinner will be under a pergola, and the rest of the reception will be in a barn! Since May can be unpredictable weather, I would bring a layer for the evening in case it gets chilly. We will communicate if there is any rain predicted closer to the date.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! However, there is limited parking at the farm. If it's possible to carpool with a friend or family member, or Uber/Lyft, that would be ideal! We will ideally be able to accommodate 15-20 cars.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is only addressed to you, unfortunately, there is no room for an additional guest. We are having a relatively small ceremony, so we will only have space for the guests on our list!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We do not! Gifts are not expected at all :) If you are absolutely set on bringing or sending a present, we always appreciate a handmade gift or note.

Question

Is there a deadline to RSVP?

Answer

There is not a set RSVP deadline yet, but it will likely be about a month before the wedding! However, I will probably reach out to you to check in if we don't hear anything before then :)
