What time should I be there?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:20 PM, as the gates will close 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. The celebration will conclude at 9:30 PM.

If I am late, can I come in to watch the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. At 3:20pm we will close the gate to enter until it is time for cocktail hour. We really don’t want anyone to miss it. We will have live music playing 1 hour before we say “I do” so please arrive on time and safely.

When is the reservation deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by no later than April 15, 2026 If you do not RSVP in time, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate as the venue requires final guest count by April 15th

Can I bring an extra guest

Answer

We are unable to accommodate any extra guests. The invitation will have the names of those invited.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! We kindly ask guests to wear formal or semi-formal attire (please, no jeans). As our wedding party will be in olive green, we ask that guests avoid wearing this color. Since the celebration will take place outdoors on grass, we recommend that women opt for wedges or thicker heels for comfort. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of our flower girl and direct siblings. Please use this time as a wonderful date night and enjoy the music, laughter, food, and most importantly the beginning of a new family.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

For our ceremony, we ask you to refrain from using your cellphone or any other device to take photo or video. We have a wonderful photographer taking our photos that will capture every moment. We would love for each and every one of you to be present and respectful to our day. After the ceremony is completed and into cocktail hour, we encourage to take as many photos possible. Don’t forget to send them to us as well :)

Is there a bar?

Yes! Wine, speciality cocktails and other non alcoholic beverages are on us. Enjoy!

Is the wedding inside or outside

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors, please dress appropriately and ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day. There are many areas for shade and many areas to sit.
