Should I wait to book accommodation?

No. Please book accommodation now. It's summer break in Chelan, a very busy vacation destination, and the weekend before the Labor Day holiday weekend. The bride and groom are staying with family at The Lookout - a Lakeside Village.

Vineyard cocktail attire: think lightweight dresses, airy button-downs, and breathable fabrics to keep cool in the heat. Dress pants or chinos for men - no jackets required. Choose summer but practical footwear for walking on grass and cobblestone, and don’t forget sun protection like hats or sunglasses for the afternoon glow.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, the kids are absolutely invited and we hope they will join Carter and Scarlett on the dance floor! Between the sugar rush, the epic dance moves, and general all-around fun, they’ll be fully worn out—just in time for you to scoop them up after your third glass of wine and call it a night.
