How do we even begin to summarize our last 10 years together? Quite honestly, a few paragraphs would not do our story justice. Our relationship has been one of immense laughter, joy, and learning! We have been together since we were 15 and 16 years old. From walking to class together, to now navigating young-adulthood, it has been our greatest joy to laugh with and love each other through it all. Our relationship screams High School Sweethearts. Our first date was to Banquet, we became boyfriend and girlfriend at the top of Black Rock Mountain, and our first real date was at a movie theatre at the Valley Mall! It is truly a blessing to have already witnessed so much of each other’s life. To grow up and grow together as a couple is such a unique part of our story that we love. Our stories are entwined as we experienced every major life milestone together up until this point and we cannot wait to experience all that is to come together. We are so excited that our wedding season is here and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of our friends and family. Each of you have played such an intricate role in our relationship and we are truly grateful for all of you. Here’s to forever!

Jeremy spent months making plans to propose. He had the ring, now he needed to choose the best time and place where Kayla would be caught off guard the most. So without Kayla knowing, Jeremy drove down to the Golden Leaf Barn in Williamsport, MD on January 18th to set-up the proposal decorations with Kayla’s best friend, Heather Wuerstlin. Then the very next day, January 19th, Heather suggested to take Kayla out for some girl time and a drive. As Heather began to drive it started to snow, and without Kayla knowing, Heather was taking Kayla to the Golden Leaf Barn were Jeremy was waiting patiently for Kayla’s arrival. Kayla knew something was going on when she saw Jeremy standing in the snow with an umbrella in one hand and a bouquet of roses in the other. He opened the car door, and handed Kayla the roses, and they walked through the snow towards the Barn. He slide open the Barn door where there was rose pedals all on the barn floor that were outlined with a string of pink lights in the shape of a heart. To the center of the heart shaped lights is where Jeremy guided Kayla, and got down on one knee and asked “Kayla Ashley Pierce will you marry me?” Kayla said “Yes!” and the rest was history.
