Greencastle, Indiana is in the Eastern Time Zone—that’s one hour ahead of Central Time. Please plan your travel and arrival time accordingly :)

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still make it!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In an effort to keep our event intimate, we ask that only guests listed on your invite attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 to be seated. Please don’t be late, or you may be asked to wait until after the ceremony to join us. We’d truly love for you to be part of every moment!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We don’t have a strict dress code, but we kindly encourage semi-formal or cocktail attire. Think dresses, dress pants, blouses, button-downs, or sport coats. We ask that guests please refrain from wearing casual items like jeans or t-shirts.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

To help everyone get home safely, we’ve hired drivers through the venue. Each ride accommodates up to 6 passengers and costs $50—great for splitting with friends!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel blocks reserved at the local Red Roof Inn and the Inn at DePauw - hotel info is available on our website under the Travel tab! If you plan to attend, we encourage you to reserve your room ASAP as both hotels will only hold the blocks until July. While there are other hotels in the area, Greencastle is a small town, and we can’t guarantee availability outside of the blocks. Additionally, on-site cottages at the venue are available. If you’re interested in a reservation, please contact Julia or Jeremy, and we’ll connect you with our wedding coordinator.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There’s plenty of parking at the venue! We have permission from the venue to leave cars parked overnight. If you need a safe ride at the end of the night, all you have to do is swing by and pick up your car in the morning. We’d love for everyone to celebrate responsibly and get home safely!
