Julie was an accountant and Jeremy was a receptionist in a cancer center, both working for the same hospital. Julia would regularly opt to help another colleague who happened to work near Jeremy's desk. Jeremy would be flexing his charisma muscles, while Julie would be flexing her kindness ones during each encounter. Eventually, "We should hang out sometime" started getting thrown around. After numerous rounds of this, Julia finally pushed for a day and time because she doesn't interpret these sort of superficial interactions as anything other than an agreed upon plan. This confused Jeremy, but she's not the kind of girl you deny hanging out with, so Jeremy proposed frisbee golf since it involves walking around and throwing things in the woods (his favorite activity.) Julie was of course extremely impressed with Jeremy's thing throwing prowess, and agreed to join him for dinner at the nearby Nepal restaurant. Conversation and food was excellent, so Jeremy of course ended an otherwise perfect date with the socially awkward question of "so......good first date?" while hugging goodbye. Julia did not know this was a date, but like the kind and polite woman she is, said "uuhhhh....yea!". We agreed to go on another date and this time Julie was aware of our current status of "dating" which eventually made a marriage proposal slightly less confusing.
