We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Guests may see the "Details" card for inspiration from our colour palette. Dresses, jumpsuits, dress pants, and suits are all suitable. Please note that events will take place on uneven terrain. Shoes suitable for soft grass and gravel are recommended.
Drinks will be available for purchase at a "Toonie" bar. Drink tickets may be reserved and purchased ahead of time, or at the bar on the day of. If you wish to purchase your drink tickets prior to the event, please email jerandjessgetmarried@gmail.com.
Bull riding will start around 9:30 pm. We strongly encourage guests, particularly those wearing dresses, to bring a change of clothing for bull riding. If you are wondering what type of outfit to change into we are encouraging the theme "Denim and Diamonds". Although it would be great to see everyone dressed in denim western fashion, an outfit change is only recommended. Any extra clothing that guests choose to bring for the evening can be stored inside Jess and Jer's suite. However, we do kindly ask that guests do not change out of their semi-formal attire until 9:30 pm, after all the formal events have completed.
Gates will be open at 1:30pm. Please arrive no later than 2 pm to allow enough time for parking and finding a seat.
Parking will be in the front field of the property. A parking attendant can help you find a space upon arrival. Please note that parking on the property is limited. Additional parking may be found on the street. We ask that guests who park on the street please do so on the south side (opposite to our property) to allow proper emergency vehicle access to our neighbors.
All events will take place outside, weather permitting. In the event of rain we will be under a tent. There will be lots of shade in the cocktail and reception area. Please note that evenings in September can be chilly, so we recommend bringing an extra layer.
In hopes of keeping our special day intimate, only names listed on the invitations are welcome to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
As much as we love watching kids play, this is an adults only day. Please leave the little ones at home.
