4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Transportation For your convenience, shuttle service will be provided between the hotels, ceremony, reception, and after party. To the Ceremony: A shuttle will pick up guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth (for guests staying at both the Fairfield Inn and the Hampton Inn, located directly next door). Please plan to be outside Fairfield Inn by 3:15 PM. The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:30 PM for Pinehills Pavilion. The shuttle will return for a second trip; however, we cannot guarantee that later departures will arrive in time for the ceremony. Return Shuttles: 9:30 PM – Return to the hotel for those wishing to depart from reception early. 10:00 PM – Shuttles to Cabby Shack for the after party, with loops back to the hotels for guests not attending. 12:30 AM – Final shuttle returning from the after party to the hotels. For guests who prefer to drive, complimentary parking is available at Pinehills Pavilion.
