Orange is nestled just outside the Shenandoah valley of Virginia, about 40 min from Charlottesville, 90 min from Richmond, and 2 hr from DC. Guests flying in will need to arrange for rental cars because there is not reliable rideshare or taxi access to, from, or in Orange. Orange is a small but charming town featuring a variety of restaurants, antique shops, and nearby breweries and wineries. Orange also provides easy access to Shenandoah National Park. Guests looking for more to do during their time in our area may wish to spend part of their stay in nearby Charlottesville where there will be more hotel options and more to do, eat, drink, and see. Uber and Lyft have a strong presence in Charlottesville. We encourage guests to spend at least the night of the wedding in Orange to avoid a long drive on dark, unfamiliar roads following the night of festivities. CHO is a small, regional airport in Charlottesville. CHO is 20 minutes from the Charlottesville pedestrian mall and 35 minutes from our venue. Flights in and out of CHO are limited and will require a connection through one of the larger airports in the region.

RIC is a mid-sized airport that's 1 hr 15 min from Charlottesville and 1 hr 30 min from our venue. RIC will offer many direct flights but some travelers may still need a connection.
