The year: 2014. The month: August. The place: Seoul, South Korea. Jeremy was an English teacher; Chloe was his student. The class shouldn't have been allowed to continue; there was only one student in the class, and the English academy's policy was that the minimum to keep going was two students. In any case, the class continued - it was a book discussion class, with the book-of-the-month being "Warm Bodies", by Isaac Marion. In it, a zombie and a girl fall in love. The stuff of fairytales, am I right? About a month later, both the class and the book finished. Chloe gave Jeremy a Moleskine notebook as thanks for the class, along with a very sweet note. That's where stories about students and teachers usually end.
You think that's how *this* story ends? Ha! Wait, no: Of course you don't... You're at our wedding website! Anyway, the class ended, and Chloe moved on to a new academy more convenient for the resumption of her university studies...but Chloe and Jeremy decided to keep in touch. Not only that, they met several times, sitting outside in the warm Korean autumn, drinking beers and getting to know each other. They got closer. And then? One day, Chloe was unsure about a lot of things, and asked Jeremy how he felt about her - and, uncharacteristically, he told her his true feelings. This led to some...complications...when it turned out she felt the same way toward him. However, it all worked out for the best: On October 5, 2014, they "officially" started dating. A little over three years later, they're getting married!
