Arrival

Guest arrival is 6:00 pm. There is no need to rush or arrive early. If you arrive later, you may be asked to delay your entry until after the couple's entry.

We gladly welcome guests to enjoy our hosted food and beverage package. If you wish to purchase additional drinks beyond the hosted selection, you may do so. Please be aware that our venue accepts only cash and personal checks. For your convenience, an ATM is located across the way at the main restaurant.

Dress to impress in “Country Cocktail” attire for our wedding celebration! Ladies, bring your style with cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates that match the festive vibe. Gentlemen, a dress shirt with slacks or polished, dark jeans will fit right in. We kindly ask that everyone avoid shorts, sandals, and overly casual wear to keep the evening feeling elevated. Add a touch of country charm to your look if you wish, and let’s celebrate in style!

Join us for an exciting after-party adventure in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards! While we don't have a strict itinerary, we'll explore the area and discover some memorable experiences together. You can join us for a short time or all night! We also understand if you aren’t able to join us. Please note that the venues we'll be visiting are exclusively for guests 21+.

There are two airports in the area DFW and DAL There are many hotels and vacation rentals in the area. Fort Worth proper, near the historic stockyards or downtown Fort Worth is recommended.

Parking is available onsite at no charge. The venue will allow for vehicles to be left overnight if needed. There is no parking lot security.

The reception will be held indoors with air conditioning. There will be some space to enjoy outside at your leisure.
