Please RSVP no later than September 8th. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your response by then, we won’t be able to accommodate you at the event. Thanks for understanding!
If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand! Please let us know by selecting “No” on the RSVP tab of our website so we can finalize our plans accordingly. We’ll miss having you there, but we appreciate your response!
We love your little ones, but due to the venue’s location off a busy highway, we’ve decided to make the event for 11 years old and up for the safety and comfort of all of our guests. We hope you understand and can still join us for the celebration! Please reach out to the Bride or Groom with any concerns!
We’d love to keep our guest list intimate, so please only bring a date if it’s specifically noted on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding! Please reach out to the Bride or Groom if you feel there’s been a mistake on your invitation.
The dress code is dressy casual—cowboy boots and hats are welcome! Please dress with the possibility of it getting chilly after the sun goes down. Also, high heels are not recommended as the venue is mostly grass and loose dirt.
We are registered on Amazon for those who would like to gift us something special. Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we greatly appreciate it!
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Since November weather in Arizona can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing a light sweater in case it gets chilly once the sun goes down. We will also have a few outdoor heaters if needed to keep everyone comfortable.
You can arrive as early as 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please ensure to arrive no later than 3:50 as we want to make sure everyone is settled before the start of the ceremony.
Yes, there is parking located directly in front of the venue. However, parking is limited, so please consider carpooling with other wedding guests if possible. We’ll have someone on-site to assist with parking to help things run smoothly.
We kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during the ceremony to allow our photography team to capture the moment. However, guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos following the ceremony.
We’ll be serving select beer and hard seltzer options, water and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Due to liquor law requirements, we kindly ask that guests do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages.
Yes, absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or special dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If you have a question prior to the wedding day that wasn’t answered, please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom. On the wedding day, if you have any additional questions or need help finding the venue, please contact John DeMarr at (623) 326-9803.
