What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:15pm. Ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Wedding invitations are for adults only, so please make childcare arrangements. We adore your little ones, but this event is structured with adults in mind.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Please note the wedding will be held mostly outside on grass, so wear appropriate footwear.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking on site. We encourage guests to take the transportation shuttle provided from hotels (Brook Bound & Mt. Snow).

What is the transportation schedule for the Welcome Party?

Answer

A chartered bus will be making runs to and from the event throughout the evening as follows: Hotel Pick Up #1: Mount Snow - 5:28pm, Brookbound Inn - 5:38pm, Hermitage Inn - 5:40pm. Arrival at Event - 6pm* * best arrival time to catch sunset Hotel Pick Up #2: Mount Snow - 6:15pm, Brookbound Inn - 6:25pm, Hermitage Inn - 6:27pm. Arrival at event - 6:47pm (after sunset) Return Ride #1: Leaves Beer Naked Brewery - 8pm Return Ride #2: Leaves Beer Naked Brewery - 9:15pm
