Texas Discovery Gardens is a non-profit organization aiming to provide a safe place for the Dallas community to discover and learn how to sustain the natural world! With a Butterfly House hosting species from around the world, gardens maintained by sustainable methods, supporting local pollinators, and educating kids/adults alike, we firmly believe in their mission! As such, we would appreciate for everyone to consider the following garden etiquette: - Please do not pick the flowers. - Food and drink are not allowed inside the Butterfly House, aside from bottle water. - Texas Discovery Gardens is a smoke-free facility. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
Gates will open at 5:00 PM and close promptly at 5:30 PM. Once the procession begins, guests will be unable to enter the gate to the venue. As our wedding is on a Wednesday, please plan your travel route ahead of time to avoid traffic and any stress!

Yes! We would love to see you dressed-to-impress in garden formal attire! We want you to feel confident, yet comfortable; our reception will be held indoors while the ceremony will be outdoors, so feel free to keep that in mind while deciding your attire. For the ladies, think flowy, long dresses. For men, consider lightweight suits! We kindly ask to avoid denim, shorts, or shades of white/cream!
As we are having an "unplugged" ceremony, we are kindly asking for personal devices to be silenced and put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful team capturing photos and videos during the event! Once cocktail hour and reception begins, feel free to take all the photos you'd like!
While we love your loved ones, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Any guests listed on your invitation are welcome to join!
As we will be moving out of the DFW area shortly after our wedding, we will not be having a registry! As you are comfortable, feel free to contribute to our Honeymoon, Moving, or General Fund located in the "Registry" tab above (the irony)!
