Things To Do

Superiority Burger

119 Avenue A, New York, NY 10009

One of Jeremy's favorite burgers in the city. Take note: everything here is vegetarian or vegan. Also, some of our friends once saw David Byrne here. Wow!

Dynaco

1112 Bedford Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY 11216

Where it all started. Cozy cocktail bar in Bed Stuy that used to have a fireplace in the back until the neighbors complained. Cash only, but there's an ATM inside.

Roberta's

261 Moore Street, East Williamsburg, NY 11206

Good pizza! Also so hip it is possibly a cliche. Maybe not so hip anymore? Regardless, the pizza is good. Also they have overpriced but very delicious garlic knots made in the style of croissants

Best Pizza

33 Havemeyer Street, Williamsburg, NY 11211

This pizza is also good

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

1000 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10028

It feels kinda silly to be recommending this because, well, it's the Met! But this place is truly incredible. Also if you go to the Astor Chinese Garden Court you can check out where we got engaged.

Bedouin Tent

405 Atlantic Avenue, Boerum Hill, NY 11217

Good and affordable middle eastern spot near the Brooklyn hotels

Black Mountain Wine House

Brooklyn, NY 11231

Good for a drink or a nicoise salad

Walter's

166 Dekalb Avenue, Fort Greene, NY 11217

Nice brunch spot across the street from the Ft. Greene park. Also has a Japanese speakeasy hidden inside, which, if I remember correctly, has good karaage.

Aita

132 Greene Avenue, Clinton Hill, NY 11238

Great Italian spot not too far from the downtown Brooklyn hotels. Has a great cocktail bar attached, the Mayflower

For all the days along the way
