When should I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner the better! But please respond no later than September 5, 2019.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:30pm to give yourself time to make your way down to the meadow and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire (e.g. suit and tie, cocktail dress, fancy jumpsuit) is suggested, but be yourself!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel page of our wedding website for several hotels near the wedding venue where we have rooms blocked off and be sure to mention our names to get the block rate. If you'd rather stay in an Airbnb in Philadelphia, feel free to get in touch and we'd be happy to help you find a great spot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately we have not been able to secure a hotel shuttle at this time. Please reach out if you need help finding a designated driver to your hotel so we can keep everyone safe.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Tyler Arboretum has plenty of on-site parking. At the brunch, you will be directed to park on the lawn.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food at the reception and brunch will be 100% vegan. If you have an allergy to a plant-based food, please get in touch ASAP so we can accommodate.
