We're getting married

It all started in the most modern of ways: Instagram! As Raquel was scrolling one day, a video of Jeremias playing the piano appeared on her feed. Although she was intrigued, she didn’t make the first move. However, she wouldn’t have to. As fate would have it (or you could say that Instagram's algorithm was doing the Lord’s work), Raquel soon showed up on Jeremias' explore page. As the wise man he is, he quickly followed her, and she followed back! From there, they quickly became friends, connecting over everything from music to shared dreams. Their bond grew effortlessly, and it felt like they had known each other for much longer than they actually had. On Thanksgiving 2018, Jeremias asked Raquel to be his girlfriend, and the rest was history. The Proposal Fast forward to March 23, 2024: Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Jeremias proposed in the most perfect way, with the people they love most. Our Commitment Over the past six years, they’ve been committed to making their relationship work, no matter the distance. They’ve spent countless hours driving 78 miles to see each other on weekends, and though it wasn’t always easy, every mile was worth it. Now, as they look forward to the future, they’re beyond excited to close the distance and... save on tolls. They have witnessed God's goodness and kindness in countless ways throughout their relationship, regardless of the valleys or highlands they've faced. They’re so excited to celebrate with you all and are forever grateful for the love and support of their family and friends. Here’s to forever!
