Cocktail attire is a semi-formal dress code, typically worn for evening events like cocktail parties, weddings, or upscale social gatherings. It's more dressed-up than business casual but less formal than black tie. For Men: -A dark suit (navy, charcoal, or black) is a classic choice. -Other options include a tailored blazer and dress pants with a dress shirt. -Polished leather shoes, and tie are recommended. -NO JEANS! NO CARGOS! For Women: -Knee-length or midi dresses in elegant fabrics like silk, chiffon, or satin are common. -Pantsuits or chic separates (like a blouse paired with a skirt or tailored pants) are also suitable. -Statement jewelry and heels are often part of the look. -Some women may choose jumpsuits or dressy jumpsuits. -NO WHITE! (Remember, if you have to ask, "does this look white?" the answer is yes, it does.)
