Jeremiah and Kadeen grew up in Broward County, Florida and crossed paths without even realizing. They both attended the same Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses but went to different congregations. Neither of them noticed each other until Jeremiah enrolled at Sheridan Technical High School in his junior year. Although they both had different class schedules, lunch time and “free period” is when they both would spend time with other friends and catch up on homework. June 2019 came along and Jeremiah and Kadeen crossed the stage as high school graduates and remained friends. Fast forward to November 2023… Jeremiah and Kadeen reconnected. Jeremiah knew he always wanted to begin a courtship with Kadeen because of “how easy their friendship was back in high school and the spiritual mindset she maintained”. Kadeen could always see Jeremiah as her life-long partner and was nervously excited when Jeremiah asked her to begin dating. The couple spent numerous dates together with loving and encouraging chaperones that allowed them to get to know each other on a deeper level and continue to build their friendship that began back in high school. Jeremiah happily proposed to Kadeen on December 21, 2024 and she responded with a resounding “YES”! After their big day becoming Mr. & Mrs. Jean-Bon, they will begin their lives in West Palm Beach together and look forward to traveling, enjoying date nights, and reaching their spiritual goals as a couple in the full-time service.
