Travel Note
There are a few ways to make your way to Santa Barbara, here are the best options: Fly Directly to Santa Barbara (Highly Recommended!) The Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is small, charming, and super convenient. Depending on flight prices, it’s often about the same cost as flying into Los Angeles, and it saves you from renting a car or dealing with LAX traffic. If you can swing it, we highly recommend flying directly into SBA! Fly into LAX + Rent a Car or Take a Shuttle Another option is to fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). From there, you can either: Rent a car and drive to Santa Barbara (about 3 hours, depending on traffic). Take the Santa Barbara Airbus, a direct shuttle from LAX to Santa Barbara. It costs about $60 each way. For more info or to book a ride, check out their website: Santa Barbara Airbus. Fly into LAX + Take the Train If you're up for a little adventure, you can also take an Amtrak train from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. However, note that the Amtrak station is not close to LAX — it’s about a 1-hour drive with traffic. You’d need to arrange transportation to the station first, so this option requires a bit more coordination. No matter how you get here, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
