When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday, August 12, 2024. To RSVP, please follow the link found on your invitation, locate your name, and RSVP for all in your party, as well as make a meal preference selection for each named guest.

You can find our Wedding Registry here on Zola- we have it set up to ship gifts to us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please allow yourself ample time for parking, using the restroom, and settling in to the ceremony seating.

Is there a dress code?

Formal Cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitations received be in attendance. Please reach out to the bride and groom if there are specific concerns.

Although we love the kiddos, due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only adults be in attendance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ample parking will be available onsite, as well as a shuttle cart for our elderly and handicapped guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to guests staying at various locations, please provide your own transportation.

What is the address of the wedding venue? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The wedding will be at The Drumore Estate. The address is 331 Red Hill Rd Pequea, PA 17565. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be a combination of indoor and outdoor tent spaces.

What will the temperature be for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The average high for late September is 75F and the average low is 55F. Please dress accordingly and have a jacket on hand, if needed, as the ceremony and dining will be taking place outdoors.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We have selected a variety of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres to be served during cocktail hour. For dinner, guests will have a choice between braised beef short ribs or chicken breast, with a selection of starches and vegetables for sides.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged to have a bartender available throughout the event to serve our guests drinks.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to bring any gifts or cards to the wedding, there will be a designated table to place them on as you enter the ceremony. Our registry (found under the registry tab) is also set up for gifts to be sent directly to us.

Ceremony will be 4-4:30pm Cocktail hour from 4:30-5:30pm Reception from 5:30-9:30pm
