Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Tap the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invite. Kindly RSVP before November 6th 2025. If you are unable to join us please let us know at the earliest opportunity. Any RSVPs later than this date will be marked as “no” as we will be sending final headcount’s to our vendors-you will be missed 🫶🏼

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list “(your name) & Guest” for families it will list “(your name) & Family” or “The (your last name) Family” When you go to RSVP you can see the exact number of people you can RSVP for! See RSVP tab for more info.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all of your little ones, we cannot accommodate for everyone’s children due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teenagers. Please see the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us (kid free) ☺️

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception is indoors and outdoors.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow space for family in the first few aisles. The reception will also be open seating, so sit with whoever you would like. We just ask that you don’t move around chairs.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal. Since our bridal party won’t be very colorful please feel free to wear a colorful dress 🫶🏼 It may be cold (yes, cold CO people) in December so plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, it would not be a Wilson event without one! Please bring cash as there will be a tip jar for our bartender. Our venue does not allow outside beverages in the parking lot. We will have plenty available, so no need to bring your own!

What will be on the dinner menu?

Answer

Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken Roasted Red Skin Potatoes Roasted Red Peppers and Broccoli Penne with Meatballs Caesar Salad Rolls There will also be a few hors d’oeuvres and open bar during cocktail hour.
