Question

Where do I book our stay?

Answer

Go to the “travel” page and follow the link to book with our wedding party

Question

Do I have to stay at the resort to go to the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We have worked with a travel agent and the hotel to specifically reserve rooms for our guests. The hotel does not allow outside guests onsite for the ceremony.

Question

Can I drink the water at the hotel?

Answer

Yes you can. It is filtered and the have plenty of bottled water in case you still don’t trust the tap!

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. You will need a passport to travel to/from USA to Mexico. Passports take about 8 weeks to receive.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be on the beach so please wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting sand on ;) Theme is beachy/boho.

Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

This is completely up to you - we hope everyone can make a nice vacation out of the trip! On our travel page we have priced out most trips starting at 3 nights. Gabrielle and Jeremiah will be on-site from June 15-20. Feel from to come early and hang with the Bride & Groom.

Question

What’s the best airline?

Answer

Southwest has direct flights between Nashville and Cancun almost daily in June. This is a quick 2.5hr flight. You will save so much time during immigration back into the USA if you do not take a connection flight on the way home. Direct flights are the way to go.

Question

How much does it cost?

Answer

We have worked with a travel agent and have made sure to guarantee the best pricing for this gorgeous ALL-INCLUSIVE hotel. The average room price for 2 adults is about $400/night. This covers your room, food, and drinks since it is all-inclusive (no extra spending required). So if you break that down it’s roughly $200/per person per night which is a helluva deal. There are different room tiers and pricing for those that want a specific view or extra amenities, but this is the average cost. You only have to pay a $250 deposit to hold your room. The remaining balance is due March 30, 2023.
