I don't know anyone besides the bride/groom! Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, our venue has restricted our guest count. We have accounted for some of our guests to have plus ones and it will be indicated on your specific invitation. If it doesn't, unfortunately we cannot grant you a plus one to our event. We hope you understand and can still join in on our love celebration! 🖤

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the same venue.

Your wedding is in November and it may be cold! Is your venue outdoors or indoors?

Answer

We plan on having both our ceremony and reception outdoors, weather permitting.

Where should I park? Is there a fee to park?

Answer

Our venue, Coyote Creek Golf Club, has plenty of free parking included for our wedding guests.

Will food be served after the ceremony? What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be hosting dinner after the ceremony. If you have any dietary restrictions, please send us an email at severancedesireen@gmail.com when you send in your RSVP by October 15, 2021 so we can do our best to accommodate you.

What time should we arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior so everyone can mingle and be seated at the time of the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code will be cocktail attire! Guys can wear a nice button down shirt, dress pants and shoes. Ladies feel free to wear a cute jumpsuit, classy romper, or fancier dress. Think of cocktail attire as a balance between elegant, sophisticated, and fun! Do remember our event will be outside, so it can get a bit chilly once the sun goes down. But if you're dancing and drinking like you SHOULD BE, you should be just fine :)

Why are you requiring vaccination or negative COVID tests?

Answer

Both Jeramy and I, like many of yourselves, work with or around immunocompromised students, patients, and peers. In addition, we all do not know each of our guests situations in regards to if they live or come in close contact with the elderly, children, or the immunocompromised. In order to keep them safe, we cannot put ourselves at risk. If you truly have an issue regarding this policy, let us know. This information you share with us will be kept confidential and only be used in the circumstance of contact-tracing. Thank you!
