You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Our RSVP deadline is May 1st, 2024. Please feel free to RSVP online via the “RSVP” tab on our website!
To us, garden party attire means florals, bright spring colors, and comfortable. Guests can wear something more laid back such as slacks and a button down or a simple sundress. If you're feeling a little fancy, feel free to dress up a little more with a nice sport jacket/suit or cocktail/tea dress. No need for a cummerbund or ballgown! We'd prefer no jeans, pants with holes, or shorts. Keep in mind that we will be next to Penobscot Bay and celebrating on a grass lawn when selecting your outerwear and footwear.
If you are driving, parking may be limited. Street parking will be available at the venue and the property just past the venue. Please follow signs directing you where to go. If you continue just past both properties there will be additional parking on your right in the lot for the Belfast Rail Trail. First come first serve so carpool if possible!
Kids are welcome! Please refer to your invite to RSVP for your kiddos and select what they'd like for a provided meal so our catering will have the correct head count. If your child is a picky eater, feel free to bring your own snacks and select "none" for their meal option.
We have a guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation!
We don't have any hotel blocks reserved, please refer to the “Travel” tab on our website for any questions about where to stay locally.
We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm.
We will have an informal cocktail hour with self serve appetizers and drinks following the ceremony to allow time for any more photos and for the bride and groom to relax or change before the reception begins.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Be sure to tag us in your posts so we don’t miss any of your wedding pictures!
Midcoast Maine in late June is typically very pleasant. Usually the temperature hovers in the mid 70s. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside and the property is on the Penobscot River so keep that in mind! We will have tents set up in case of rainy weather.
