Wedding Party

Brittany Knodle

Maid of Honor

Brittany and I were a part of the same sorority, but lets just say it was definitely not love at first sight. I always blame us disliking each other for the first two years on the fact that we are way too similar. After some time, it became obvious that we were soul sisters - we basically share a brain. We are the type of friends that can be sitting across the room from each other and know exactly what the other is thinking. She is always there when I need someone to lift me up when I am sad, push me down when I am getting feisty, and love me unconditionally through it all. There is no one I would rather have as my maid of honor.

Lesly Beron

Bridesmaid

Lesly and I met at Bradley and we were a part of the same sorority. We did not become close until our senior year and continued to become closer after we graduated. We bond over our love for all things Harry Potter and have no shortage of nerdy similarities to share, including our favorite beanie baby (Seaweed) as a kid. She is always open to new ideas, people and has a great outlook on life. In the many years I have known her, I have never once seen her mad. She is an amazing person to have around and I am so glad she will be by my side.

Stephanie Larmon

Bridesmaid

Steph and I met at Bradley, but grew closer after graduation when the five of us became inseparable (Britt, Lesly, Steph, Lauren and myself). Even though she is a thousand miles away in Denver, we never lose any time. She is a constant presence of happiness and laughter. Steph is the girl with no enemies and a million friends, her big heart and fun-loving personality make her the most lovable human. She will be the one likely getting carried down the aisle, because walking is "a lot of physical activity." All jokes aside, she one of my best friends and I cannot image doing life or saying "I do" without her.

Lauren Kaczmarek

Bridesmaid

Lauren and I became friends on spring break senior year and realized we grew up in the same town! She went to the private high school, so we were completely unaware of one another. We always joke that we would not have been friends in high school, but now, there is no doubt I would be without her on our big day! She is the person I go to when WebMD tells me I am dying and I need her medical advice. She makes sure that the five of us never lose touch by planning lady dates and girls nights. Lauren is one of the most thoughtful and caring people I know, which makes her such a great friend.

Carissa Clifford

Bridesmaid

Carissa is Jerad's little sister (even though she is not so little anymore). She is quite talented with the camera and she is to thanks for many of our amazing engagement photos. Carissa keeps us young, or old, depending how you look at it. In fact, this past Christmas, an N'Sync song came on and she didn't know who it was, which definitely made us feel old! Her goofy personality will help keep the nerves down on the big day and we are thrilled she can be a part of it.

Megan Harry

Bridesmaid

Megan and I met at work, where we keep each other sane. Our friendship blossomed over the walls of our cubes. Technically, she was Jerad's friend before mine, but I quickly stole her away. Now Jerad often refers to himself as Megan and I's third wheel. If anyone heard us talk daily, you would think we hated each other due to the constant mean jokes we throw back and forth to one another. Even though she will probably misplace her bridesmaid dress and, for sure her hotel room key, I am so excited she will be a part of our big day.

Ashlee Miller

Honor Attendant

Ashlee is my sister-in-law and the mother of Liam and Maggie. Ever since Ashlee was introduced to our family, she fit right in. She married my brother, Brad, in 2010 in Riviera Maya, Mexico and it was an unforgettable destination wedding! I can always count on Ashlee to have a drink with me, bake delicious desserts, and get crafty (which will come in handy this year). I wish her all the luck in the world corralling the kiddos down the aisle on our big day.

Maggie Miller

Flower Girl

Maggie is our 2 year old niece, daughter of Brad and Ashlee Miller. She is sassy and stubborn, yet sweet and charismatic all in one little blonde hair, blue eyed bundle. She has the biggest personality and may just steal the show.

Liam Miller

Ring Bearer

Liam is our 4 year old nephew, son of Brad and Ashlee Miller, that has a contagious, happy go lucky personality. He loves to rough house with Uncle Jerad and always wants Aunt Shannon around. He is going to be the cutest ring bearer that ever existed! I am so proud to be his Godmother.

Eric Clifford

Best Man

My first best friend and also, my brother. I'm surprised he ever learned to talk, because I was his translator throughout our early childhood. If Eric was hungry or needed something, he would just let out a grunt and point to things. I was quick to tell people what he needed. We went everywhere together and especially enjoyed going to our grandparent's houses where we were treated like royalty. From our Grandma Mary's hot tub to Grandma Edna's snack time that consisted of pickles, raw potatoes and lemons. I am so proud of his decision to join the Air Force and the man he has become. He has a beautiful wife, Kelsey, and they just welcomed their baby boy, Charles, into the world. :)

Andrew Carr

Groomsman

Drew and I became friends at first sight on my first day working at the Milwaukee County Zoo. I started late in the Summer of 2008. As I sat in Human Resources, the guy at the front desk told me someone from my future department would be picking me up. In strolled a very loud, charismatic, talkative guy who began to tell the man at the front desk that he had known me for years and we were best friends. I went along with Drew's story. Shortly after, we went out to the golf cart (which newbies were not allowed to drive) and Drew said, "Alright Jerad, I'm hungover so you are driving." That was the start of our adventures. Drew has always been there for me through the good and bad. I looking forward to having you by my side on my big day!

Rob Leeder

Groomsman

I met Rob in the Summer of 2013 while working together at Aerotek. Rob was my soft landing when I needed to vent and eventually, our friendship grew outside of work. We have remained close even after leaving Aerotek. I was the best man in his wedding and he was by my side when I proposed to Shannon. Being 4 years younger than me, Rob has taught me many things about the younger generation's culture, such as the "Cat Daddy" dance and rapper "Chief Keef." Rob also loves to tell stories, so make sure you stop by and chat with him during the reception.

Ryan Helland

Groomsman

Ryan and I met on opposite sides of an interview table in the Summer of 2009. We soon began working together and sparked a friendship. We were even roommates while we worked together, so we were around each other 24/7. Somehow we never grew sick of each other. He has always been my debate buddy and constantly tries to convince me of his crazy beliefs. Ryan has encouraged and supported me through it all.

Robb Valentyn

Groomsman

The reason we are all here. In 2015, it started with some cryptic texts through snapchat asking if I was open to opportunities. The next thing you know, I moved down to Chicago. I didn't really know Robb, even though we grew up a bridge apart - he was from Little Chute and I, from Kimberly. We worked out of different offices while at Aerotek and would make small talk when the company had events. On move in day, Robb drove our 10' U-haul into an 8' clearance bridge. After this memorable moment, we spent every minute of the day together. We commuted together, worked side-by-side, then went home and watched TV on the couch. Every. Single. Day. Surprised we didn't end up killing each other? So am I.

Connor De Bruin

Groomsman

Connor and I started working together shortly after I moved down to Chicago in Spring of 2015. He just graduated from college and was a referral of Robb Valentyn. He lived on my couch for 3 months and we grew close. He has been by my side since. Connor has my back and always helps me through the work day. We have many stupid conversation's and quirky inside jokes, but they help us kick the stress. I'm happy I met him, even though we almost got hit by a train while Connor was driving.
