Plan to arrive to the ceremony no later than 3:45pm to ensure the ceremony can begin on time! The ceremony is outdoors, so check the weather ahead of time to dress appropriately.
Yes there is parking at the ceremony venue; however, be aware there is a $5 County Park Fee for entering the facility. More details on shuttles can be found on the travel page. Parking is available at the Chautauqua Dinning Hall surrounding the green space out front. Our event will be taking place in the off season, so no parking fees are required!
If you would like to book outside of the standard dates (which are October 24-27) Please follow the below steps: 1. Book standard dates. 2. Email ryan.bashour@marriott.com your confirmation numbers, along with the dates you would like to stay. 3. Include in the subject "Jepson-Malnor Wedding Room Block".
