Right after the ceremony, we’ve prepared a simple grazing table & coffee bar for you to enjoy. Please take this time to relax, mingle, and reconnect with family and friends while the newlyweds get ready for the reception. Please take this time to register as well in the Reception area. We’re so grateful to have you here to celebrate with us!

Couple Photo Taking, Retouch & Dinner

While you’re enjoying the snack bar. we kindly ask for your understanding as the couple take this special time for their first photos together as newlyweds. Your presence means a world to the both of them, and they can’t wait to celebrate with you at the reception shortly!

Thank you for your patience! The entourage will line up holding the sparklers along the aisle (for photoshoot/videoshoot). As we welcome the newlyweds into the reception, get ready to stand, wave your napkins , and cheer them on as they make their way to the dance floor for their first dance. Let’s set the mood with your energy — feel free to shout, dance, and even call out for a kiss before they begin their first dance. Let’s make it unforgettable!

Couple Entrance with Sparklers

As the couple begin this joyful new chapter together, what could be more fitting than celebrating it with their first dance? Let us celebrate this magical moment together, the first dance is a beautiful symbol of their union - a graceful expression of their love, partnership, and the promises they’ve made to each other. Take this time to capture this beautiful memory, feel free to snap a few photos / videos of the couple as they share this special dance. You may also share it with the QR code provided in your table.

Cake Cutting & Wine Toast

Have your camera ready as the couple prepares for the cake cutting! This is more than just a sweet tradition - it’s a symbolic moment. • Two hands moving as one, with one purpose - it represents the couple’s unity and shared commitment to work together in building their future. • The act of sharing the cake symbolizes their promise to care for one another, to meet each other’s needs, and to nurture a bond that is both simple and deeply strong.

Dinner [Entourage entrance, Games, Table Activities, Special Presentation, SDE]

6:15 pm

To help everything flow smoothly, our coordinators & emcee will guide each table when it’s your turn to approach the buffet area. At the same time, we’ll be taking a quick photo with the couple, table by table, before tou proceed to dinner. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation — please wait until your table is called. Thank tou for making this moment even more special with your presence. Let’s celebrate this meaningful moment together with love and joy!

Toast & Speeches

While you’re enjoying your dinner and having fun with the games, we invite you to turn your attention to a special part of the evening. 1. 3 Uncles of the Bride 2. Mother of the Bride 3. Mother of the Groom 4. 1 Ninong & 1 Ninang. We’ll hear a heartfelt message from someone who has stood by the bride, supported her through every moment, and helped bring this day to life - Maid Of Honour speech as she shares her love and wishes for the couple. And right after, we’ll raise our glasss as the Best Man gives his toaste in honor of the newlyweds. We would love to also invite our beautiful ladies - the mothers of the couple to have their message. Let’s enjoy these meaningful words as we continue celebrating thus unforgettable night!
