West Virginia University is known for the spectacular football tailgating events that happen each year. Our story began on the first home game of 2013 at a mutual friends tailgate. Patrick was wide awake and all about playing games, it was a noon game I was still half asleep. When he asked me to play a couple games I told him not until my coffee kicked and knew I would beat him. We talked a little bit then went into the game not thinking anything of it. Later we saw each-other at a party and our competive nature over a game started a conversation. We dated for awhile, then went our separate ways for a couple years. In 2017 fate seemed to bring us together again and our journey began. A leap of faith has lead to a life of endless adventures.
