There are two versions to this story, the way it actually went down versus how Nate tells the story. We'll do our best to combine both stories below. On a whim in April of 2018, Jensen decided to go out for a girl's night with two friends at Piccadilly's in downtown Winchester. Those two friends knew Nate and had went to college with him. One of Jensen's friends originally told her she wanted to set Jensen up with one of the people in the group. Nate and his group showed up and immediately Jensen's response was like "uh no." Jensen always said Nate looked entirely too much like a meat head! However, the two groups hung out for the remainder of the night and continued going to several other locations. Jensen always likes to add that Nate was hitting on a different friend though Nate says it was just 'conversation.' Interesting detail: Jensen got hungry (duh) and they all stopped at Sheetz to grab snacks. While there, Jensen washed all of her makeup off in the Sheetz bathroom. Then, Jensen and her friend, Amanda, went back to Nate's house to play games with Nate's friends. Jensen and Nate connected over taking turns playing music for hours. Nate was impressed with Jensen's music taste. At the end of the night, Amanda took Jensen back to her house. But by a twist of fate and perhaps taking pointers from Cinderella, Jensen forgot her phone at Nate's house (the glass slipper.) When does Jensen ever forget her phone anywhere? Amanda took Jensen back to Nate's house, where Nate met Jensen at the door to return her phone. Nate asked for Jensen's phone number, but in typical Jensen-rebellion fashion, Jensen denied and took Nate's number instead. After retrieving her phone, Jensen got home at 5am, slept for a few hours, and returned to Winchester to see Nate every weekend since, before moving to Winchester permanently.
